2. Definitions

• Provider: An individual or business advertising services on the Platform.

• Punter: A User engaging with Providers via the Platform.

• Provider Services: Services offered by Providers to Punters.

• Subscription: A paid contract between Providers and Sex-Luxembourg for advertising services.

• Operator: NOMATTER, the entity maintaining the Platform.

 

3. Registration

3.1 Only persons of legal age (18 or 21 depending your local laws) are permitted to register on the Platform. Users must ensure their credentials remain confidential.

3.2 By registering, you agree to these Terms and accept full responsibility for any use of your account. Users are prohibited from sharing accounts or facilitating unauthorized access.

3.3 Providers must complete a verification process, which may include submitting personal identification and payment details.

3.4 Registered users may receive communications about the Platform, including newsletters, which can be opted out of at any time.

 

4. User Obligations

4.1 Prohibited Activities:

• Engaging in illegal activities, including human trafficking, exploitation, or solicitation.

• Harassing, defamatory, or abusive behaviour.

• Accessing the Platform with the intent to cause harm.

5.2 Providers agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from their services or content.

5.3 Providers must comply with applicable tax laws and acknowledge that the Operator is not liable for their financial obligations.

 

6. Platform Services

6.1 The Platform offers advertising services for Providers and facilitates communication between Punters and Providers. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of Provider content.

6.2 Subscriptions are billed as booked in our Platform.

6.3 Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Worldline or Pay Safe). Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the payment processors’ terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.

 

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Operator processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. Users can find details in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1 The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform.

10.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of payment and include valid reasons. Refunds are not provided for violations of these Terms.
